Sawtooth Property Management was started in 1990, mainly as a service to out-of-state property owners to have local oversight for their investment.  Sawtooth takes pride in being a small company with personal contact with each client and filling their needs.  As a resident of Ketchum since 1971, we have the knowledge of the rental market, and the needs of renters and owners.

We have managed the Hulen Meadows Water Company and Owner’s Association since 1989, which consists of 172 property owners, the public drinking water system and common areas.

We also consult and advise the Cold Springs Water Company and Soldier Mountain Resort.

The management of private homes and condos in Sun Valley and Ketchum.
